**Commercial Use TERMS OF USE Lemur Designs 2017**
YOU MAY:
- You may use them to create items for sale in digital scrapbooking kits ONLY.
- You may alter these elements (recolor, add pattern, etc) but you cannot claim the original form or the altered form as your own.
- Create back-up copies for personal use.
- You may submit works created with these graphics to online galleries, magazines, and other publications.
- Use these graphics for design purposes on personal or commercial websites.
- I do ask that you please give credit to Lemur Designs in your TOU when creating items to sell and when submitting anything made with my items for publication.
YOU MAY NOT:
- You may not share any download file links with anyone.
- You may not give away these items as CU and/or PU for freebies.
- No CU for CU unless the opposite is mentioned. You can not create other CU products from my CU graphics.
- Do not use more than 25% of my products together of youre finished product.
- Do not use these images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited
by law.
- Buying my product is strictly restricted to download it to other file share spaces, also to publish it in other
network resources my full packages and separate elements as well.
- It is forbidden to sell my CU elements as CU or PU.
- (Other: purchase an exclusive license to resell my CU products as a PU.)
- My CU/PU-Freebie products can not be used for collab kit`s, but only for producing your own kit`s.
Lemur Designs retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital
designs at anytime with or without notice.
